Are your cars legal for rentals?
Yes. All our cars are yellow-board commercial vehicles registered under the Motor Vehicles Act. We do not provide private (white-board) cars, which are illegal for rental purposes.
Why should I hire only yellow-board cars?
They are registered for commercial use and insured accordingly.
Passengers are legally protected in case of accidents. No risk of fines, penalties, or vehicle seizure.
What documents are required to rent a car?
Valid driving license
Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID)
For foreign nationals: International Driving Permit (IDP) + Passport
Can I get the car delivered to my location?
Yes. We provide doorstep delivery and pickup at airports, hotels, or your preferred location (within service area).
What are the fuel policies?
Cars are provided with fuel, and you are expected to return them with the same fuel level.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount depends on the type of vehicle.
What happens if the car breaks down?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of breakdown, we’ll arrange a replacement vehicle whenever possible.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, subject to vehicle availability. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. All charges are transparently mentioned during booking (rental, insurance, taxes, and deposits).
Can I drive the Car outside the Goa State?
No Cars are meant to be driven only in Goa State.
Can multiple people drive the rented car?
Yes, but the additional driver’s license and ID must be shared at the time of booking.
